28 Jul Hemp, it does a body good? Benefits of Hemp & CBD
What is hemp?
Hemp is not just a trendy supplement. It is an age-old plant that has been used for textile, medicinal and health benefits for centuries. CBD is derived from the seed oil of the cannabis sativa plant. It is a relatively safe and easy-to-find product.
Am I going to get high?
You did a search and landed on an article about hemp and THC. Do you have visions of Snoop Dogg and puffs of smoke? I will say I was pleasantly surprised by the image returned from a “Snoop Dogg smoke” search. But, I’d like to address the stigma. Multiple things can be true in life. Marijuana can be illegal in some states. Marijuana can be used for medicinal purposes in other states. Medicinal hemp and CBD products can be sourced from marijuana and contain no THC and not get you high. All of these things can be true, and all of these things are true. Hemp and cannabinoid-based products are not designed to get you high.
How is hemp oil manufactured?
The typical manufacturing process is to extract the oil similar to how oil is removed from other concentrated oil products. There are several different forms of extraction methods that dictate the quality of the product. Generally, that are 3 types that are most used:

- Broad-spectrum
- Isolate

Oils and Tinctures
Because it does not contain tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and little to no CBD. This means you won’t get high using hemp seed oil This often leads many to ask the question is hemp oil good for you? There are many benefits and uses for hemp products.
It is important to note that using hemp oil for medical benefits should be included in your doctor’s guidance and may not be appropriate as the only medical treatment. Especially chronic diseases like cardiovascular and heart conditions. You should be working with your medical doctors to ensure overall proper treatment.
Selecting the right product
Remember there are no judgments for green queens, and my life is centered around educating and sharing the holistically and sometimes sexy world of all things plants. Hemp and CBD-based products are just one of the amazing ways that mother nature has allotted for us, and we have every right to appreciate and enjoy quality products that improve our health.
Remembering back to our manufacturing discussion, my recommendation is to try full-spectrum products first. There are no specific regulations around terminology like full and broad-spectrum, so make sure you vet the company and the brand.
Where should I buy CBD and hemp? choose the safest and most appropriate product. Is hemp CBD a myth?
My personal preference is to use quality cannabinoid-based CBD products instead of hemp seed oil-based products. If you’re looking for a cannabinoid-based CBD product, you can find quality products at HTTP://www.plantitary.com. These products use the CO2 sub-critical extraction method.
Celebrating hemp and CBD
July is national hemp month and here are a few ways to celebrate. Celebrate hemp and CBD products. As interest in hemp and cannabinoid products continue to grow, I wanted to take time during National Hemp Month to educate on hemp and cannabis benefits.

No one rejects, dislikes, or avoids pleasure itself, because it is pleasure, but because those who do not know how to pursue pleasure rationally encounter consequences that are extremely painful. Nor again is there anyone who loves or pursues or desires to obtain pain of itself. No one rejects, dislikes, or avoids pleasure itself, because it is pleasure, but because those who do not know how to pursue pleasure rationally encounter consequences that are extremely painful.
Because it is pain, but because occasionally circumstances occur in which toil and pain can procure him some great pleasure. To take a trivial example, which of us ever undertakes laborious physical exercise, except to obtain some advantage from it? But who has any right to find fault with a man who chooses to enjoy a pleasure that has no annoying consequences, or one who avoids a pain that produces no resultant pleasure? On the other hand, we denounce with righteous indignation and dislike men who are so beguiled and demoralized by the charms of pleasure of the moment, so blinded by desire, that they cannot foresee.
